There are technically two sales going on right now at Ann Taylor if you want to maximize savings and take advantage of the promotion on sale items and full-price promotional items. I ended up placing two separate orders since I wanted the classic long trench pictured above as well as some full-price items. You can see all of my recent purchases on this page.
- Get an extra 60% sale styles. Use code SPRING60. Online only. Sale ends 3/22 at 3AM EST.
- Get $50 off full-price dresses and 30% off full-price shoes and accessories. Valid in stores and online. Sale ends soon at 3AM EST. Since no code is needed for this sale on the full-price promotion items you can use the stackable code ANNT3BE online for an additional 25% off full-price purchases of $100+ (exclusions may apply). That’s a total of 47.5% off select full-price styles! Otherwise use the code FREESHIP for free shipping.

Ann Taylor Blossom Flare Dress, size 0P (review of size 00P here)
I was in the city again today to run some errands which included dropping off my LV Neverfull tote and Gucci crossbody bag for repair (update 4/6: Gucci quoted $500 to re-line the bag so I guess I won’t be doing it after all since I’d rather spent that money on a new bag with no defects). I use my LV tote a lot so I am going to really miss it until I get it back but the straps really needed to be replaced (total cost $180 for both straps). I have the 2011 version where the glazing on the straps cracked and supposedly it was a known issue according to what I read on TPF. The binding around the top of the bag was also showing signs of wear so I asked for that to be repaired as well (cost $60). The bag was around the $700s when I bought it back in 2011 and it’s now $1260 in 2016 so it’s definitely cheaper to replace it. Anyway back to the sale at hand, I stopped by the store again to try on this blossom flare dress in size 0P. I wanted to make sure I ordered the right size online for better savings because that’s how I roll. See my review of size 00P in my previous post here.
I also took another look at the turnlock saddle bag which I liked in birch branch since it looks light grey in real life. I ordered winter white because a crisp white bags is perfect for spring and summer. I also saw this gorgeous crystal cluster stretch bracelet which I ordered. Cue drooling over the the matching crystal cluster necklace but I wasn’t sure how often I would wear it and I already have too many statement necklaces that I barely wear. I’m also spending way more than I wanted to so I removed the stone tassel pendant (similar here) before I committed to my online order. I saw the gold tone version and it was very dainty and tasteful.

Ann Taylor Double Eyelet Dress, size 0P
I tried on this double eyelet midi dress in 0P in the hopes that it would sort of help me decide what size to order for the eyelet flare dress since the top portion of the dresses looks similar. As it turns out that dress is online only so I hope I ordered the right size and that it runs true to Ann Taylor sizing. The dress above fit me perfectly in size 0P but the shoulder straps cut in a lot which means I can’t wear a regular bra with it so I passed. The eyelet lace detail is stunning in person and the lower half of the skirt shows the silhouette of the bottom half of your legs in bright light so it doesn’t cut you off and make you look short/stumpy. I want both colors of the Charlie patent bow pumps but I decided on blush pink for now. The color is darker in person and closer to a mauve pink. Update 8/8/16: My favorite bow pump is now available in a similar style for the fall here and here. Update 11/10/16: The best selling pink and black Charlie patent bow pumps return for fall/winter!
Happy shopping!
