Here is a closer look at my first pair of TOMS:
TOMS Classic Faux Shearling Lined Slip-On Shoe
The grey wooley color has hints of purple in it but I’m not sure if you
can see this on your screen. They’re currently on sale for $34.97 at
Nordstrom Rack. I sized down half a size but I have really poor circulation in my feet and when my feet swelled from all the walking these ended up being too tight and binding. I hope the elastic in the middle will stretch out with wear but for right now I can only wear them if I know I won’t be doing much walking.

Ann Taylor Floral Bell Sleeve Blouse, size M regular
I went in store to try on this floral bell sleeve blouse yet again since it was 40% off today (and I was armed with $20 loft rewards). As I mentioned in this post, the sleeves are really narrow when I tried on XS regular two weeks ago. Tonight I tried on size M regular but it was too loose/wide on me. I then asked the associate for help and she was able to grab size S (pictured below) from the back for me.
I ended up taking home size S regular since it was a more flattering but still relaxed fit on me. You can see that the sleeves of size S are not too tight here.
Ann Taylor Lacy Peplum Top, size S regular
I tried on size S regular for this lacy peplum top which was really cute but slightly see through. I would probably need size XS regular but I was afraid the half sleeves would be too short so I passed. I’d say this top runs true to size.
Ann Taylor Pleated Swing Top, size S regular
Lastly, I tried on this pleated swing top and I liked the way size S regular draped on me but I probably needed this in XS regular. The pleats lay really well for a very flattering fit. If you have a larger bust then you may want to size up otherwise this top fits true to size. The sleeves are supposed to be 3/4 length according to their stock image but they are longer than expected ending at my wrist. This top is very sheer in winter white which means that you can see all the seams and pleats so a layering cami is a must.

I spotted these gorgeous suede Talbots Francesca driving flats on Meredith‘s instagram here
and I fell in love with them over the weekend. I went back today to try them on again after returning another pair of black flats that didn’t work out for me elsewhere. If I had to choose then the acorn color
is my favorite for it’s versatility. These run true to size and I took
my usual size 7. They also come in a rainbow of colors (how can you choose just one?) and they’re offered in
narrow, medium and wide widths. If you receive Talbots catalogs in the

Lastly, I got this cute mini crossbody at Forever 21 for $19.90 since it was a dupe of the Furla Metropolis bag for a lot less ($19.90 versus $298). Saks Off Fifth also carries a similar style called the Julia. I got the taupe color but it also comes in light pink and it looks more expensive than the price I paid. I did splurge on the Piper crossbody bag in black since I needed it for an upcoming trip.
