Happy hump day! This peplum top is one of my favorite tops from LOFT and I finally ordered the navy color when it was on sale for $20 last week. It’s currently $30 after discounts with the current sales promotion. Note that the long sleeve version is available in regular missy (item no. 426085, $44.99 retail) and petite sizes at LOFT Outlet locations in both grey and navy. See it on me here and here. I tied my mixed stripe scarf using this Pinterest tutorial (last seen here and here).

LOFT Sunny Lace Skirt, size 0 regular
I love this sunny lace skirt and unlike the sunny lace top I reviewed here the lining is 100% polyester. I tried on size 0 which was a bit loose on me. I carry a measuring tape on me at all times (I know I’m an oddball and I totally own it) and size 0 regular has a 28″ waist and 19″ total length. The waistband is made of a slightly stretchy grossgrain ribbon so it should make for a more comfortable fit. This skirt runs true to LOFT sizing but based on the measurements it first one to two sizes larger due to their vanity sizing.
LOFT Mixed Media Ruffle Shell, size XSP
I grabbed this pretty ruffle shell to try on with the skirt in size XSP. Petites ran really long and loose on me so I would need to size down to XXSP. The split neck is lower than I would prefer. Note that the back is 100% rayon so if you noticed that it becomes shorter after washing just let it air dry completely before steaming out the material. Steaming out rayon after it’s dry relaxes the material and returns it back to it’s original length and shape.
LOFT Tweed Side Button Skirt, size 0 regular
Su wanted to see this new tweed skirt and I found it one of the stores I visited to try on. Size 0 regular has a 27″ waist and it’s 17″ long so it fell a few inches above my knees.
LOFT Long Sleeve Lace Top, size XSP (review of size S regular here)
I spotted this pretty lace top in the sales rack but I didn’t love the fit of size XSP on me. I would prefer XXS regular for a slightly longer overall length. It fits true to size and it’s currently on sale for $32.99 after discounts. This would have been such a beautiful top for Valentine’s Day.
LOFT Lily Tab Sleeve Blouse, size XSP
I have the solid tab sleeve blouse in XSP (last seen here) so I tried on this lily print in store but I don’t like the candied lemon color against my skin tone. You can see the true color better here. This blouse fits a little loose but I’d say that it fits closer to my usual size at LOFT.
LOFT Cutout Lace Top, size XSP
I wanted to like this pretty navy cutout lace top by I personally found that the lace sleeves are a bit snug as soon as I bent my arms. I guess that means I have to work on toning my arms (skinny arm goals). This top has a relaxed fit throughout the body in my usual size at LOFT.
LOFT Lacy Bell Sleeve Blouse, size XSP (review of XS regular here)
Lastly, I found this bell sleeve blouse in XS petite and I tried it on for sizing to compare with XS regular which I recently tried on in my previous post. It fits true to size and it will be a cute top for the spring and summer with white jeans.
