I love this tweed jacket and I finally snagged size XXSP which is a closer fit on me. The shoulders are slightly snug but not uncomfortable and the sleeves are not as wide in the smaller size which is more flattering. This tweed jacket is a great spring and fall layering option.

I finally found new cap toe pumps I like after seeing these on Candace‘s sponsored post with Ann Taylor. They run true to size and the chunky heels are perfect for city strolls. They do make a slapping sound against your the soles of your feet due to the slingback style. I had no issues with the slingback strap staying on the back of my ankles.

Unfortunately I found that the fit isn’t very petite friendly so I ended up returning it but if you like oversized jackets you may want to try this jacket. It comes with a really cute removable flower pin on one collar. The sides have cinch ties to give the jacket some shape and waist definition. The measurements for size XS are as follows:

14.5″ shoulders
38″ bust (measured pit to pit when zipped)
37″ waist (when uncinched)
42″ circumference along the bottom hem
27.25″ overall length
23.5″ sleeves
13″ upper arm circumference

I recently noticed four petite bra styles by The Little Bra Company at Target! I ordered this strapless bra and it arrived today. I like the smaller cups that are closer together in this petite bra. I am usually a 32 band size but I went up to a 34 band size for comfort.

I finally snagged this blogger favorite round rattan bag on pre-order and it arrived in the mail earlier this week. The one I got is from Revolve and it was $77 and it’s currently sold out. I found another shop that is selling it for $89 here. See this exact bag on Jen and Irene‘s feeds. This bag is fully lined and the fabric on the sides keeps your things nice and secure when you open and close it to get your things. It fits my iPhone 8 plus and other small essentials comfortably.

I really wanted to love this white sweater tank because of the cute eyelet hem. After receiving my usual size XXS regular I realized that it’s a bit too long and wide through the waist and hips. It’s a pretty top but not the most flattering on me.

I tried to size down to size XXSP in this blouse after trying on size XSP in store but size XXSP fits very similar to size XSP for a very relaxed fit. It is slightly sheer so a layering cami may be required for modesty since the v-neck is a bit lower than I prefer.

I love this gingham top with the cute ruffle details. I ordered my usual size XXS regular for the extra length after trying on size XSP in store. The fabric has a good weight and stretch to it for a comfortable fit.

I have this tank in black (review here) so I ordered this new color to try. It’s double layered so it’s not see through. It’s also a longer length so it will cover your front and backside. Due to the longer length I would recommend trying it in petites so that it’s not too long unless you prefer a more tunic length.

This polka dot tank fits true to size. Size XXSP has a very long length in the front but the shirttail hem on the sides come up a bit higher. I wanted to wear this as an open v-neck but the v-neck is lower so it looks best worn buttoned up for more coverage. I noticed that the arm holes are cut a bit higher in petites but the smaller armholes were not uncomfortable.

This sweet polka dot dress runs true to size and it’s on my wish list. I’ve been trying to find other items in store so that I can make a purchase over $100 in order to take advantage of my Cares card for an extra 25% off before it expires. Update 6/13: I tried on this dress again tonight in size XSP and I just wanted to add that the shoulders and arm holes are cut very narrow. You may want to try a size up if you have broader shoulders.

I have these jeans in my usual size 25/0P but I wasn’t thrilled with the shorter inseam so I tried on size 25/0 regular for comparison. I believe I need size 24/00 regular for the best fit. Size 25/0 regular has a 29″ waist and 25″ inseam. From my previous review here, size 24/00P has a 27″ waist and size 25/0P has a 28″ waist. Both pairs have a 23″ petite inseam. Note that the pockets lining shows through the material but I usually wear longer tops so I don’t mind. You could have the pocket lining removed if it bothers you.

If you like the ankle tie detail it’s also available in another wash here and LOFT has a similar style in black (review here) and a cute new pair of pink tie cuff shorts.

Ann Taylor Piped Pencil Skirt, size 0 regular

I like the black piping on this pencil skirt but they didn’t have petites in my local store so I tried on size 0 regular. Size 0 regular has a 28″ waist and is 23.75″ in length which is a modest length on me (I’m 5′ 2.5″) since it covers my kneecaps. This material is slightly sheer. I was wearing white underwear that day and you can make out the outline of my underwear on the right photo.

Ann Taylor Laser Cut Floral Sheath Dress, size 0P (review of size 00P here)

The laser cute floral detail on the sides of this dress are very pretty and minimalist. I believe I tried on size 0P since I remember thinking that it felt one size bigger when I tried it on. The hips are very generous on my straight figure so this dress would best fit someone with curves to fill out the sides of the dress. This dress would be perfect for a bridal shower.

I love this cold shoulder top but it runs big so I sized down to XXSP which fits like size XSP.

Ann Taylor Gingham Embroidered Floral Shorts, size 0P

I received the wrong shorts twice so far. I still need to call customer service to resolve the issue due to the factory mislabeling these shorts in the petite sizing. I reordered the shadowed floral cargo shorts (review of size 00 here) in size 0P but I received these gingham embroidered floral shorts instead. Upon closer inspection I received the wrong shorts because it’s mislabeled with the wrong product number (465630 instead of 465633) on the care tag that’s sewn on inside as well as the hang tags. Customer Service told me to keep the wrong shorts (luckily they fit in my usual size 0P) and they attempted to re-send the correct pair but I still received the wrong pair. Update 5/20: I noticed that Ann Taylor has finally fixed the product number mixup online and I updated my links as well.

I ordered these sunglasses after seeing them in Sandy‘s stories. They should arrive today. FYI. Sandy is doing a giveaway for these sunglasses and a few other goodies for Mother’s Day if you check out her Instagram stories for the details.

I’m happy to report that this lily print dress (review here) washed well on cold and air dried. It didn’t shrink on me which has been my past experience with 100% rayon.
