Happy weekend! I’ve been working on reviewing all of the items from my huge Cyber Spring LOFT haul off and on all week. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am to hit publish and I hope you enjoy this post!
I love this black and white eyelet top but when I wanted to post it last weekend it had pretty much sold out. #firstworldproblems This week I’ve seen random sizes pop back as people make returns but it’s a very popular item since it keeps popping in and out of stock. I took my usual size XSP for a swingy fit. The material is sheer and while I could get away with a nude bra I opted to wear a cami underneath for more coverage. Size XSP measures: 17″ sleeve length, 36″ bust, 35″ waist and 21″ total length.
This large round straw bag in black would be a great summer option

LOFT – Shop $49.50 full-price skirts and dresses, $69.50 full-price blazers, get 40% off full-price accessories and shoes. Sale ends 4/15 at 11:50PM ET. I noticed a lot of searches in my analytics for stackable codes but it looks like LOFT is trying a new pricing strategy. I’m sad to say that there is no new Insider code or birthday code that I could find to share for online orders. If you really want to order something they also have the code WELCOME30 for 30% off your full-price purchase but this code does not stack on top any of the full-price categories on promotion. On the other hand, if you order something full-price to secure your size then you can get a price adjustment within 7 days if it goes on sale by calling Customer Service.
The next LOFT Friends & Family sale is coming soon and it’s likely to be 40% off your entire purchase. Refer to this page for sales predictions based on last April’s sales.
Update 4/13: Get an extra 60% off sale styles when you buy 4+ sale items. Sale ends 4/15 at 3AM ET. The striped pullover hoodie I reviewed below is included! Refer to all of my LOFT reviews here.

Click here and here to see a few recent orders I placed for almost 70% off retail. Lastly I used ShopRunner for free 2 day shipping on orders of $25+. Alternatively Cardmembers now get free shipping on orders of $75+. Refer to all of my Ann Taylor reviews here.
Update 4/13 – Cardmembers get 50% off your purchase at Ann Taylor using the code PREVIEW. I noticed that you can use code THANKS7 for an extra $50 off your full-price promotional purchase of $100+ since the shopping cart allows two codes at checkout. The discount will be reflected on the final checkout page. Note: The PREVIEW code excludes items from The Preview section. This is even better than the aforementioned savings above from a few days ago and here is an example of an order I placed for two skirts that I was eyeing.
Ann Taylor Factory – Get free shipping + 50% off your purchase + plus get an extra 10% off when you buy 4+ items. Use code CYBER. Excludes first look items. Sale ends 4/14 at 11:59PM ET. These gold bow slides are so cute and you can shop my other sales picks here.
TRY-ONS & REVIEWS
For size reference I’m 5′ 2.5″ and 110 pounds. I’m usually size XS petite in tops and 0/25 petite in pants and jeans. If you’re new to my blog I typically share the link to a short video clip below each image (the same video clips I share in my Instagram stories swipe ups during sales). My Pinterest is also up to date if you prefer a more visual catalog of my reviews. You can also check out my other reviews organized by retailer here.
LOFT Striped Ribbon Floppy Straw Hat, size M/L (similar here) | Heart N Crush Striped Lace Trim Sweater, size S (featured here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This floppy hat is so cute with the blue and white striped ribbon. I have a 22″ head circumference which means I’m usually size M in hats and I ordered size M/L which is a bit loose since it has a 23″ circumference. I am worried about wearing it on a windy day for fear of it being blown off my head. I like the wider size of the brim which provides good coverage from the sun. I just noticed this new sun hat from Ann Taylor which I’m now curious about.
LOFT Chambray Flutter Tie Waist Shirtdress, size 0P | Time and Tru Leigh Tote in mochaccino (review here) | LOFT Criss Cross Slingback Sandals (true to size, review below) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This chambray dress is one of my favorite purchases from this haul. I love the flutter sleeves but the waist when unbelted is 31.5″ which is loose in my usual size. Size 0P is 33″ total length. I like the belt sash which is just the right width to tie a decent bow or you could switch it out and add your own belt. The fabric is mid weight so it has a good drape. Update 4/16: I recently featured this dress in this post.
LOFT Rose Knit Jacquard Flare Dress, size 0P | c/o Ann Taylor Mila Leather Pumps in camel (true to size, review here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I ordered this rose knit dress out of curiosity and I really like it since the panels are very figure flattering. I found that this dress fits true to size and size 0P measured 28.5″ at the waist and 33.5″ total length. The color is a pretty pastel pink in person.
LOFT Tiered Eyelet Dress, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I kept changing my mind about this dress but I decided to keep it for now since I like the light blue color and eyelet details. The dress is fully lined so it’s not see through. My usual size is a comfortable relaxed fit and measured 33″ total length.
LOFT Utility Shirtdress, size 00 regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This utility dress doesn’t come in petites but this similar olive button down dress is offered in petites if you prefer a shorter overall length. This dress is midi length on me since I’m 5′ 2.5″. I don’t mind the longer length since the side slits give the dress more movement. The waist is a looser fit (35″ for size 00 regular) but it’s not too bad if you tie the sash tighter. Size 00 regular is 43.5″ total length.
LOFT Dot Tiered Swing Dress, size XXS regular (similar but more modest version here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This polka dot dress is really cute but it’s a lot shorter (32″ total length) than what I typically prefer. It would make a great swim coverup. I’m also curious about this new dotted tiered swing dress in mini white polka dots against navy. The shoulder straps cut in slightly so I had to tuck in my bra straps so that they wouldn’t show. Otherwise my usual size XXS regular fit me well. The dots are pink against navy so it matches perfectly with my pastel pink tote (the pink color is called ‘mochaccino’ and I reviewed it here). This dress has a matching LOFT Littles dress here.
LOFT Slub Modern Blazer, size 0P | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
If you’re looking for a lightweight white blazer then you may want to try this one which I found fits true to size for a relaxed fit. The material has a crinkly texture in person. The pockets are functional but I haven’t freed them yet. Size 0P has 22.25″ sleeves, 12″ upper arm circumference, 24″ shoulders, 34″ chest (measured pit to pit) and 32″ waist measured across the single button closure. I also have another white blazer I’ve been meaning to bring to my tailor for the past few years to take the sleeves up but the cut is slightly different and more casual. Click here to see another way to style this blazer. Update 4/22: I ended up returning this blazer because you can see the seams from the lining through the thin material. It’s a nice style but the textured fabric wasn’t my favorite.
I also spotted this new white blazer from Ann Taylor and this one from LOFT Outlet has a cute tie sleeve detail.
LOFT Floral Tie Neck Flounce Dress, size XSP | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I like this pretty floral print dress and it’s a modest length which covers my knees. I first tried it on with flat sandals but something about the style and cut of the dress looks better with leg lengthening heels. My usual size fit me well and measured 37″ total length.
LOFT Vine Ruffle Neck Midi Dress, size XS/S petite | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
The color and floral print really stand out in this dress but you can see a peek of the lining at the v-neck since it doesn’t lay flush against my smaller chest. I’m still debating if I should keep it. Size XS/S petite is a dual size but it fit me well and the arm holes weren’t too big. The dress is fully lined so it isn’t see through. Size XS/S petite measured 37″ total length.
LOFT Lace Dot Dress, size 0P (similar here) | J.Crew Rattan Clutch | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I love anything white so I had to order this dress to try. The dress I received was slightly twisted where the sewed the seams at the waist so I hope I can exchange it for a better one. The dress is fully lined but lightly lined so nude undergarments are recommended. I found that it runs true to size. Size 0P has a 27.5″ waist (currently a bit snug on me since I have a 29″ natural waist) and it measured 34″ total length. This dress has a matching LOFT Littles dress here.
LOFT Textured Knit Modern Blazer, size 00 regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
When I ordered this blazer it was only available in missy sizes but it’s now available in petites, tall and PLUS sizes. Size 00 regular was too long and loose on me. The sleeves are a looser fit m so it detracted from making the blazer look as polished. The material is thicker so if you live in a warmer climate year round then you may find this to be too warm for the spring and summer. I’ll have to try it in petites in a future visit if I can find it in stores. Size 00 regular measures: 23.25″ sleeve length, 12″ upper arm circumference, 32.5″ chest, 31″ waist and 25.25″ total length.
LOFT Tossed Flower Flutter Wrap Dress, size 0P | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I was curious about this wrap dress due to the feminine floral print but the material is very thin and unlined. The front of the dress is double layered due to the wrap but the back of the dress may be sheer in strong sunlight so a slip skirt and nude undergarments are recommended. For example, I happened to lay the dress on top of the striped button front skirt I reviewed button and I could clearly see the stripe print under the thin floral print fabric. I also noticed that the fabric got wrinkled quickly even after I steamed out the wrinkles. Size 0P is approximately 33″ total length in the middle of the tulip/hi-lo hem in the front.
LOFT Dotted Short Sleeve Swing Dress, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I wanted to love this dotted swing dress but it was just okay on me and not a keeper. Perhaps I need to size down for a closer fit but I’m trying on my usual size here. I’ll have to try it on with a white denim jacket since the dress is very plain on its own. Size XS is 35″ total length.
LOFT Embroidered Flutter Swing Dress, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
The embroidered flowers looked really pretty online but this fit of this swing dress reminds me of a (pajama style) house dress in my usual size. Size XSP is 33″ total length.
LOFT Gingham Smocked Back Tie Waist Jumpsuit, size XSP | Time And Tru Perferated Twin Gore Slip On (true to size) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I was curious about this gingham jumpsuit but the fit at the chest was very unflattering on me since it doesn’t have any bust darts. The design flaw resulted in unsightly crinkles of the fabric underneath my chest. Otherwise the jumpsuit fits true to size with a looser fit through the hips. It has a smocked back that should stretch to fit your chest but I found that the chest runs smaller even on my smaller bust (I’m a 32A in petite bras). J.Crew Factory has some cute gingham dresses that look promising. Size XSP measured: 26″ waist, 35″ hips and 41″ total length. This jumpsuit has a matching LOFT Littles version here.
LOFT Striped Pullover Hoodie, size XSP | c/o Ann Taylor High Rise Performance Stretch Skinny Jeans, size 25/0P (review here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I finally received this striped hoodie in my usual size XSP which is a relaxed and comfortable fit on me. I had previously tried on size XXSP here which was too snug in the sleeves while size XXS regular (review here) was too long and loose overall. Size XSP has 22.5″ sleeves, 12″ upper arm circumference, 36″ chest, 42″ along the bottom hem and 23″ total length.
Lou & Grey Fringestitch Sweater, size XXS regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
Click here to view the sweater without a cami underneath and you’ll notice that you can see the outline of the waistband of my jeans. I prefer the sweater with a cami as pictured above for extra coverage due to the looser stitching. This sweater is a past season bestseller and I had missed out on my size. I ordered size XXS regular to try and it’s a looser fit on me so I’m still deciding if I like it enough to keep it. Size XXS regular measures: 37″ bust, 37″ along the bottom hem and 24″ total length.
LOFT Dotted Ruffle Tie Neck Blouse, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This white blouse has shorter sleeves and in petites they fit like 3/4 sleeves on me since I usually prefer 23″ sleeves. It’s not too sheer for a unlined white blouse and I like the dotted texture and double straps for the tie neck closure. The v-neck is modest and not too low/revealing which is sometimes my issue with their tie neck/slit neck blouses. Size XSP measures: 19.25″ sleeve length, 36.5″ chest, 40″ along the bottom hem and 23″ total length. Update 4/20: This blouse does get a bit wrinkled throughout the day. You can see it styled in this post.
LOFT Eyelet Sleeve Top, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This lace cuff tee is another past season repeat and I ordered this year’s version to try. My usual size XSP fit me well for a relaxed fit. The tee has a slub knit texture to it and the fabric is thinner than I remembered from a few years ago but it’s not see through in white. Size XSP measures: 22″ total length, 18″ sleeve length, 33″ bust and 38″ along the bottom hem.
LOFT Swiss Dot Wrap Waist Top, size XSP | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I love swiss dot tops but this blouse has a very generous fit. Size XSP measurements are: 35″ bust, 43″ along the bottom hem and 23.5″ total length. I need to try it on in a size down to see if I still like the length and the fit. You can wear it belted or unbelted (as seen here) and the long and wide sash makes for a pretty plump bow. Update 4/18: Review of size XXSP here.
LOFT Criss Cross Slingback Sandals (true to size) | Click here and here to view the clip from my try-on
These criss cross sandals are my favorite item from my Cyber Spring haul because of the comfort and neutral color. I liked it with a variety of different pants, skirts and dresses I tried on in this post. I found that they run true to size. The straps are very soft and flexible and they are comfortable off the bat for me with no break in period. Now I’m curious if the snakeskin color is the same flexible material or not.
LOFT Slub Modern Blazer, size 0P | Click here and here to view the clip from my try-on
Here is the swiss dot top again styled unbelted underneath this white blazer.
LOFT Sparkle Daisy Ruffle Shell, size XSP | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
This daisy shell is really cute but the little gold threads at the center of the mini flowers felt slightly irritating against my skin. I thought I was going crazy but I tried it on twice and both times it made the skin at my collarbone and the tops of my shoulders feel a bit itchy. The material also seemed to prone to wrinkles because the second time I put it on it started to look wrinkly even though I had carefully left the top hanging while I made up my mind. I noticed that my usual size is a looser fit (36″ bust measured pit to pit) so perhaps I would need to size down since I have a smaller chest. I’ll probably pass on this top since I didn’t like how the material felt against my skin.
LOFT Striped Petal Sleeve Tee, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I ordered this striped tee to try after trying on the red and white striped version in store here. My usual size is 23.5″ total length and it’s a relaxed fit: 34″ bust and 37″ along the bottom hem. I didn’t love it on me but I wonder if I should try sizing down to see if I would prefer a closer fit.
LOFT Embroidered Floral Vintage Soft Puff Sleeve Tee, size XXSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
The embroidered detail on this tee is really pretty and it would look very cute layered underneath this new chambray button down pocket dress. The vintage tees are really long and loose on me so I sized down for a closer fit. Size XXSP has a 32″ bust and measured 36.5″ along the bottom hem with a 23″ total length.
LOFT Eyelet Vintage Soft Elbow Sleeve Tee, size XXSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I like the eyelet cutouts and embroidery on this white tee. The material is thinner so it tucks in nicely under skirts as shown below. Similar to the other tee I sized down in this tee for a closer fit since the vintage style tees tend to fit long and looser on me. Size XXSP has a 33″ bust and measured 34.5″ along the bottom hem with a 22.5″ total length.
LOFT Tie Waist Pleated Midi Skirt, size 00 regular (similar here) | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I’ve been searching for a pleated skirt with a flat waistband for a while now and I like the little black dots against the cream fabric. It’s a longer 30.75″ length and only comes in missy sizes so the skirt is midi length on me. The removable belt sash adds a nice touch. The waistband is 26″ so it’s snug on me since my natural waist currently measures 29″.
LOFT Striped Tie Waist Button Front Skirt, size 0 regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I love the button details on this skirt and I tried on my usual size 0P in this post but it was too snug through the waist and hips. I wanted to order size 2P but at the time my preferred size was sold out so I ordered 0 regular to try. The missy size 0 has a 28″ waist which fits me well and it is 27″ total length so I would prefer the slightly shorter length in petites. The skirt also has pockets which is always a welcome feature.
LOFT Tie Waist Button Front Skirt, size 00 regular | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I really wanted this olive skirt to work out but it runs one size bigger and it doesn’t come in petites. Size 00 regular is too loose so the extra fabric droops and folds at my sides as seen in this clip since I don’t have any curves to fill out the skirt. If you have a straight figure like me with minimal curves then you may want to try sizing down for a closer fit. Size 00 regular has a 28.5″ waistband and it is 27″ total length. I also compared this olive skirt to the striped skirt above it and even though the solid skirt is one size smaller this skirt is wider/fuller than the striped version by a full size.
LOFT Crepe Pull On Shorts, size XXS regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I love the simplicity of these black pull on shorts and I prefer the flat front since the bump from shorts with a regular zip fly tends to poke out from underneath my tops. It has functional pockets but I don’t intend to free them since I don’t want the pockets to pop open when I sit down. Size XXS regular has a 4″ inseam and it’s not too short which is my preference since I’m in my mid 30s.
LOFT Button Shift Skirt, size 00 regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I was curious about this cherry yellow skirt so I ordered it to try. The buttons in the front are not functional so there’s a zipper in the back. I realized that I prefer zippers on the side since I find it easier to put on and straighten out as needed especially if I have to tuck in a tee or a blouse. The material is also stiffer and doesn’t feel very comfortable so I passed on this skirt. The 26″ waist and 34″ hips run a bit snug in size 00 regular which is 18″ total length.
LOFT Striped Pocket Open Cardigan, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This cardigan is similar to a past season bestseller and it comes in stripes and a few new color options this spring. I prefer the striped version more than the solid version but I’m still deciding what to keep from my huge haul. My usual size XSP fit me well with a cami paired underneath. I did notice that if I tried to layer that anything with sleeves underneath the cardigan then the sleeves felt snug and required further adjustment. Size XSP is 31.5″ total length. This striped long duster cardigan looks like a really cute versatile option as well.
LOFT Pocket Open Cardigan in boardwalk grey, size XSP | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
LOFT Striped Button Back Tank, size XXS regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
The tulip hem and button details on the back of this striped tank is really cute but it’s a longer length (25″) than what I prefer (I prefer 23″ tops and max 24″). The arm holes are a more generous cut and it has a 32.5″ bust (measured pit to pit) and 38″ along the bottom hem.
LOFT Striped Dot Pajama Top, size XXS regular | LOFT Dotted Stripe Pajama Shorts, size XXS regular | LOFT Faux Fur Slippers (review here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I love matching pajama sets and I ordered these two sets to try. If I had to choose just one I prefer the striped dot set since it’s 100% cotton. Size XXS regular tends to fit me well even though their pajamas do not come in petites. Size XXS regular for the striped set measures: 36″ chest, 25″ total length, 29″ elastic waist for the matching shorts. Update 4/15: I wore the striped set today and noticed that the shoulders fit a bit narrow when I move my arms around since the material pulls at my upper shoulders and back. Update 4/20: I laundered the striped set and it gets very wrinkly after you wash it so now I have to steam out the wrinkles. I regret keeping this set since pajamas should be very low maintenance.
LOFT Pretty Plant Short Pajama Set, size XXS regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
Size XXS regular for the potted plant set measures: 36″ chest, 25″ total length, 30″ elastic waist for the matching shorts.
LOFT Striped Pajama Tee Dress, size XXS regular | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
This pajama t-shirt dress is really comfortable but size XXS regular was really loose on me especially at the neckline. Size XXS regular measured: 38″ chest (measured pit to pit), 33″ front length and 34″ back length.
Happy shopping!
I really like your necklace! It’s so pretty yet simple. Where did you get it from?

Thank you! It’s this necklace from Tiffany & Co. that I’ve had for years so the price has gone up over time: https://www.tiffany.com/jewelry/necklaces-pendants/tiffany-signature-pearls-pendant-GRP03295/tiffany-signature-pearls-pendant-33475837/
