The Zebra print collection at Ann Taylor is a great fall trend to add to your closet. I went down a size in this camp shirt (available in other colors and prints here) due to my smaller chest. The camp shirts drape well when tucked into pants and skirts and I like the modest neckline in petites.
c/o Zebra Print Trench Coat, size XXS regular | c/o Exact Jeans, size 25/0P (sold out) | c/o Kerry Suede Slingback Pumps (true to size, review here) | Click here, here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I received this Zebra print trench as a present when we came back last weekend. Ann Taylor sent the trench in size XXS regular which fits me well except the overall length covers my knees and the sleeves are longer as well. My usual size XS petite would probably be a better fit on me.
I was looking for this top in petites but they didn’t have it out yet. Note that this top is black and white but both the camp shirt and trench are beige/tan and black. This top is also available in a yellow color here.
This new floral print dress is really sweet with the flowy sleeves. I have longer arms than my fellow petites so the sleeve length is a bit shorter on me but my usual size fit me well.
I took advantage of the warm weather this week by only wearing dresses to work. These dresses also happen to be classic pieces that are machine washable. I was able to wash both dresses in cold water and line dried. The open toe pumps below look great but they’re not very comfortable to walk in and I regret getting them. The heel tips squeak on smooth, uncarpted floors.
Mixed Media Flutter Sleeve Tee, size XSP | Marina Tie Waist Shorts, size 0P | LOFT Criss Cross Slingback Sandals (true to size, review here and here) | Ann Taylor Signature Laser Cut Tote (past season favorite, buy on Poshmark here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This tee is one of my favorite purchases last week. The fluttery sleeves are flattering as seen here. It also washed well on cold and line dried. I took my usual size XSP for a relaxed fit. The shorts are nice a stretchy but my usual size 0P was a little snug at the waist so I called customer service to exchange them for the next size up. I had been eyeing the shorts in stores but I’m glad I waited for a better sale. I received a one-time use code via email for $25 for the tee and shorts and I ordered them during the first Tuesday for an extra 15% off for Cardmembers making both of them $20.23 after discounts. Here is the tee untucked and it’s also available in pink if you prefer a pop of color. Update 8/16: I received size 2P but it was too big so I decided to keep size 0P which has a 28″ waist.
Thanks for stopping by!
