This floral top is one of my favorite recent purchases and I went with the regular missy size for extra length. It’s a great color and print for transitioning into fall. I wore these sandals for a few days and I finally stretched out the straps a bit.

FITTING ROOM REVIEWS
For size reference I’m 5′ 2.5″ and I’m currently 111 pounds. I’m usually size XS petite in tops and 0/25 petite in pants and jeans. If you’re new to my blog I typically share the link to a short video clip below each image (the same video clips I share in my Instagram stories swipe ups during sales). My Pinterest is also up to date if you prefer a more visual catalog of my reviews. You can also check out my other reviews organized by retailer here.
LOFT Blossom Tulip Sleeve Button Back Top, size XSP | LOFT Modern High Waist Slim Pocket Skinny Jeans in Staple Dark Indigo Wash, size 27/4P (review below, review of size 26/2P here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This popular blossom print is back as a top and a maxi dress. I tried on my usual size XSP which fit me well for a flowy fit but I didn’t love the top on me so I passed. This cherry print is really cute but I didn’t see it in store.
LOFT Peplum Flutter Tee | LEFT: Size XXSP (Click here to the clip from my try-on) | RIGHT: Size XSP (Click here to the clip from my try-on)
This black tee is really cute and I already have it in the striped version (review here) so I passed on the solid color for now. When I compare both sizes side by side size in the above photos size XXSP fits me better since my usual size XSP makes me looks wider.
I also tried on this lace puff sleeve tee in black and size XXSP fit like my usual size XSP. I didn’t take a photo or video but the body has a relaxed fit.
I saw this soft striped twist back keyhole dress in store today and the PM size looked a bit longer so I am stalking it for my size or XXSP to pop back since it looks like a classic striped dress. Size XXSP was available when I checked online earlier but I didn’t act fast enough.
LOFT Embroidered Tie Back Flutter Top, size XSP (previous review here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I grabbed this white top to try on with the jeans in store. It’s really sweet and feminine and it has a bow tie in the back. It’s fully lined so it’s not too sheer and it’s currently sold out online but it was available in both regular and petite sizes in case you bookmark it if your size pops back after this sale. I tied the bow in the back too tight so it felt uncomfortable at the armpits and chest.
LOFT Modern High Waist Slim Pocket Skinny Jeans in Staple Dark Indigo Wash, size 27/4P (review of size 26/2P here) | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
I ended up getting these jeans in size 27/4P since they run 1 to 2 sizes smaller. I usually wear size 25/0P in LOFT denim. Size 27/4P measures as follows: 27″ waist, 32.5″ hips, 10.5″ rise, 25.5″ inseam, 9.5″ ankle opening. Update 9/19: These jeans do stretch out when you wear them so I probably should have only gone up one size instead of two sizes.
LOFT Sustainable Style Slim Pocket High Rise Skinny Jeans, size 26/2P | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
These jeans are made from 7% certified recycled polyester which is equivalent to two recycled plastic bottles. I was excited to find these jeans in petites and in the destructed dark indigo wash in store @loveloft_natick. I tried on a size up which fit like my usual size 25/0P. The darker wash is perfect for work since there are no distressed details. Unfortunately when I sat down the crease at the crotch was very unattractive as seen here so I passed on these jeans since they only looked good when I was standing. I may try the regular mid rise version since the high rise version didn’t work out for me.

In comparison this destructed indigo wash has a lot more stretch and I found that it runs true to size. The inseam was longer than my preferred 26″ inseam so you can see some slight bunch at the ankles. I did not like the distressed details all over since it’s too casual for my workplace.
Rag + Bone High Waist Chewed Hem Crop Skinny Jeans, size 25 | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
I purchased these jeans in store when they were $135 on the Rag + Bone sale website and the associate let me price match the sale price. I can’t find this exact style online anymore on Rag + Bone direct site but the style number is W2595I767FLT. The measurements of size 25 are as follows: 27″ waist, 30.5″ hips, 8.5″ rise, 25.5″ inseam, 9″ ankle opening. The cropped length is a very petite friendly inseam which hits above my ankle bone and the material is soft and they have a comfortable stretch to them. The material is: 50% modal, 41.5% cotton, 8% polyester and 2.5% spandex. My friend Su also shared this similar version from Abercrombie with a button fly as seen on me here. I haven’t purchased designer denim in many years but hopefully the cost per wear will make up for the price.
LOFT Floral Wrap Skirt, size 0P | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This yellow wrap skirt is so cute but with one month of summer remaining I wasn’t sure if I should buy it but it’s currently on final sale for $12.44. Note that some stores were an extra 60% off sale styles but the skirt was only an extra 40% off the day I tried it on.
Ann Taylor Floral Tie Front Midi Dress, size 00 regular | Click here to view the clip from my try-on
This dress fit me well in size 00 regular but the shoulder straps cut in a bit more so I would have to tuck in my bra straps which was bothersome. It’s currently sold out online but I know sizes tend pop back after a good sale so I figured I’d share it here in case anyone was looking for a review of it.
I also slipped on these sold out Jean scalloped flat suede sandals and size 6.5 fit like my usual size 7. I have slightly wider feet. I couldn’t find thtree items in store that I really wanted to buy for an extra 70% off so I passed on the scalloped sandals much to my dismay.
FYI. I updated my Nsale page here since I did some returns today.
Thanks for stopping by!
