Happy 2020! I’ve been getting back into the swing of things at work since I was on vacation for the last two weeks of the year. I also had the flu for over a week of my break. It feels good to be on a schedule again.
I ordered a few things that were on sale at Ann Taylor including this lightweight cashmere scarf. It looks lovely as a shawl and it’s also comfortable as a scarf since the material isn’t thick. The thinner material drapes nicely around the neck without feeling too bulky.

OUTFIT DETAILS: Ann Taylor Ruffle Cashmere Wrap Scarf | Ann Taylor Chain Link Icon Blouse, size XSP | My exact jeans are old favorites but I just ordered this similar pair | c/o Ann Taylor Mila Leather Pumps (review here) | Click here and here to view the clips from my try-on
This classic collarless jacket caught my eye since I like the double breasted buttons in front. My usual size 0P is a slightly boxy fit so I just reordered size 00P to see if it’s a better/closer fit.
This chain link blouse has been on my wish list and my usual size XSP is a flowy fit. The print is unique and the ‘icon blouse’ is also available in other colors and prints here.
The pretty embroidered details on this blouse caught my eye. I wanted the dark saffron yellow color which is only available in the regular missy sizes and luckily my usual size XXS regular wasn’t too long.
I finally ordered this long cardigan after trying on size XS here back in November. The sleeves are very long but I like the pretty pointelle details. I wanted the oatmeal color I tried on previously but I ended up ordering the cream color since that was what was in stock.

I also picked up this faux fur coat on sale and I like that it’s a less bulky option. It’s fully lined, really soft and well made.

I was hoping these had a similar inseam to another pair of Abercrombie denim that I tried in this post but this pair has a 25.5″ inseam and 10.5″ rise.
I got this 700 fill power vest at Under Armour during the holidays. My local store also carried a really cute down coat (item no. 1342796, $200) that’s just like the vest and both are available in black and a soft pink. Click here to view the coat on me in pink. I linked to the HK UA site since I can’t find either item on their US website. The vest retails for $150 and I got it for $106.25 after discounts. It has a soft fleece lining at the neck and in the pockets and size XS is surprisingly petite friendly.
I got this navy vintage Gucci Crossbody at the LXRandCo pop up stand at my local Lord & Taylor. The condition is really good for a vintage piece unlike another vintage bag I bought a few years ago. I haven’t carried it yet but I hope to get more use out of it when it gets warmer.

I received a request to try on this knit blazer. Size XXS regular was a bit looser in person even though it may not look that way in the video clips.
This holiday plaid dress is so cute but my usual size XSP is an oversized fit although I wouldn’t size down since my friend Ly said the chest runs narrow in size XXSP. It looks best with something over it such as this faux fur stole.

I was so happy to find this wool coat in size XXSP in store when I went to return size XSP. Size XXSP fits like my usual size XSP.
I tried on the following items a few weeks ago so I apologize if some of the coats are currently sold out.
This new patchwork print is really cute on and it’s also available as a blouse. Size 00P fits like my usual size 0P but the length is very short so it’s best paired with dark tights.
I tried on this coat since my friend Jenna was curious about it. The coat has a boxy fit and size XXSP fits like size XSP but the petite sleeves are very short on me.
This faux fur leopard print coat is really soft and well made and it’s also not too bulky. My usual size XSP fit me well but the sleeves were a tad short on me so I would need it in size XXS regular for extra length. Leopard coats make a big statement so I’m not sure if I’m comfortable wearing such a loud print. If you’ve been looking for a leopard coat then this one is worth online stalking in your size if you missed out on it.
This coat is thinner and unlined and I tried it on with a sweater so I cannot say how itchy it is but I did read that from some of the online reviews. Size XXSP fits like my usual size XSP.
I believe I wanted a neutral top to wear under the coats I was trying on which is why I grabbed this sweater. It’s meant to be tunic length. Size SP felt looser so I would need it in my usual size XSP.
Thanks for stopping by!
