c/o Ann Taylor Double Breasted Tweed Blazer, size 0P
Here is the navy blazer paired with a simple sweater tee (also available in black and red). The sweater tee ran true to size for a tailored fit so I went up one size for a more relaxed fit. It’s a great basic worn alone or as layering top so I need to pick up the black color too during the next sale.
This chic black tweed jacket was so popular that it sold out very quickly. I figured that I would include the review here anyway in case sizes pop back. I took my usual size but the fit is looser through the waist and hips as seen here compared to the navy tweed jacket. However, I wouldn’t be able to size down for a more fitted look since my usual size fit perfectly through the shoulders.
The tipped white piping makes this cardigan more interesting than your typical solid cardigan. Note that the color is a dusty pink rather thank the light pastel pink in the online stock image. I ordered size XS to try instead of my usual size XXS regular since the online description labeled it as a tailored fit which ended up being a relaxed fit on me.
I had to size down in this trench coat for a closer fit since I first ordered it in size XSP. Size XXSP pictured above fits like my usual size XSP and the belt is very long since it can be wrapped almost twice around my waist. I like the contrast of the black lining which shows at the collar, lapel and on the underside of the belt on the coat.
I first spotted this floral dress on the mannequin at my local store and the print is stunning in person. This dress drapes well and it’s fully lined. The midi length hits me above mid-calf (for size reference I’m 5′ 2.5″). The belt has a small loop to hold the end secure so that it doesn’t stick out which is a detail I appreciate.
Thank you Ann Taylor for sponsoring this post!
