Happy Wednesday! My husband and I are enjoying a much needed staycation this week and it’s been one of the most relaxing weeks that I can recall. We usually use our vacations to visit family (his family lives in NJ and my family live in PA) but decided to stay put in MA especially due to COVID. I placed an H&M order a few weeks ago and out of everything I ordered I kept this sweatshirt in the white/love and pink/heart colors.

My wardrobe was lacking in sweatshirts so I’m glad I saw these while browsing online. This sweatshirt runs true to size and I’ve worn each of them once. They have washed well on cold and line dried with no shrinking.

I was first debating which color to keep in these sweatshirts but they’re both really simple and cute with the minimalist embroidered letters and heart. The color is more of a mauve pink in person as seen in this clip I took while walking Ralphie.

I thought this sweater was so gorgeous online but sadly it did not fit me. Size XS was too oversized and the v-neck lace neckline kept falling off of my shoulders.

I have never owned H&M jeans before so I ordered these in size 2 but they were a little loose on me. I likely need them in my usual size 0. I also didn’t know how short they would be and these are much shorter than I expected with a 22.25″ inseam. For size reference I’m 5′ 2.5″ and 106-108 pounds. I also tried on the lighter ‘denim blue’ wash in size 2 as seen in this clip which fit a little looser than the dark denim wash above.

This floral print dress is stunning and I was hoping that it would fit but it was too loose on me. It’s fully lined and it would be a perfect dress for a special occasion/event. The tie-detail in the back is so pretty as seen in this clip but it dips lower on me and shows my bra strap in the back. I am trying it on with 2.25″ block heels.
I’m curious but do you shop at H&M? I haven’t in a long time but I’m glad I gave them a try and found the sweatshirts which will be perfect as we head into cooler fall temperatures.
