I’m back with some LOFT spring reviews while everything is 50% off with the code SURPRISE! I’m still deciding if I should order these new items and there’s a pair of neutral criss cross sandals that I would like to try but they’re not part of the sale since they’re still under sneak preview.
I’ve been curious about the above gingham puff sleeve top and I ordered my usual size which is a relaxed fit. The puff sleeve details shoulders are very puffy as seen here. The top also looks cute layered under a jacket as styled below. If you like the puff sleeves this style is also available in stripes and floral lace. For size reference, I’m 5′ 2.5″ and currently 113 pounds.
I love the button details on this cardigan and I ordered both the black and khaki colors to try. I sized up based on the other online reviews. It’s a cropped fit (20″ total length) and size S regular fits like my usual size XS petite for a body skimming fit (it’s 32″ at the chest and 31″ along the bottom hem).

I’ve been curious about this striped dress for a while now and I finally ordered it to try. My usual size is a loose comfortable fit and the material feels thicker like a sweatshirt dress. It also comes in solid grey here.
I ordered these Veja sneakers to try since I wanted to see what all the blogger hype was about. They’re very stiff and it doesn’t have flat seams inside under the laced area so there are places where it can rub against the top of your feet. I also felt that the tongue is stiff and long enough to be uncomfortable since they dig into your ankles as shown in this short clip. Here is a close-up of the white/sable colorway in natural lighting. I didn’t love how the sneakers looked on my feet so I’ll be returning them. The sizing runs big/long because EUR 37 which is US size 6 fits me with room in the toe box. I usually wear EUR 38 which is US size 7.
I thought that this sweatshirt was so cute with the ruffles and eyelet detail. I ordered the navy blue color in size XXS regular while I ordered the grey color in size XS petite for comparison. I prefer the fit, drape and sleeve length of the regular size (navy color) but I’d also be curious to try size S petite for comparison. The eyelet details stand out more with the embroidery in white thread against the navy material.
I was also curious about this olive peplum top but the rayon material is thin and prone to wrinkling. My usual size is a flowy boxy fit and the placement of the ruffles on the side of the chest make the top seem even wider.
I love olive jackets and I ordered this jacket in a size down since it looked like an oversized fit. Size XXSP is still an oversized fit on me and I didn’t like the structured loose sleeves but it looks a bit better if you cuff the sleeves twice as shown above. I don’t love the jacket on me so I’ll be returning it. I’m eyeing this twill drawstring jacket and this twill shirt jacket that are both currently in sneak preview. Hopefully the shirt jacket will be offered in petites for a shorter length.
I couldn’t resist trying this black jumpsuit but my usual size was too loose all over. The style makes you look wide due to where it hits a the waist. The armholes are generous and the only thing I liked was the stretchy, swingy material which shouldn’t wrinkle too badly.
I also ordered the new high waist sculpt leggings but the waistband was very stiff/had no stretch and I couldn’t even get them on in my usual size XSP.
Thanks for stopping by!
