This button front dress has been on my wishlist and I took this dress in my usual size. The buttons are functional. For size reference I’m 5′ 2.5″ and currently 113 pounds. The ribbed material is thicker and the dress drapes well. Apologies for the wrinkles on the bottom as I haven’t steamed the dress yet.

The fabric for this adorable white peplum top is thinner and it runs big according to an online review so I’m glad I ordered a size down. Size XXSP fits like size XSP.

I took a chance and I ordered this bag on April 10th and I received it today April 22nd. Giarite’s office is based in London, United Kingdom but the bag I received shipped from their warehouse in Shenzen, China. It’s a designer inspired vegan bag and the quality and workmanship is decent for the price point but the vegan material isn’t as nice nor as stiff as a very similar bag I have in black from Amazon (review here). The beige color is off white in person with a grey glaze/coating along the edges. The silver tone hardware was well protected and the bag comes with a dustbag and it was wrapped in tissue but shipped in a poly mailer bag. I paid $69.30 after the 10% discount code, $12.55 for shipping and a $2.45 foreign transaction fee on my credit card.

I love the thicker straps on this square neck dress and my usual size fits well. It is likely sold out but I’ve seen sizes pop back due to returns so you may want to check for the petite sizes as well since they’re a different style number from the regular sizes.

I tried this dress in my usual size but I also reordered size XXSP to see if it would be a better fit. It did have a strong smell to it upon arrival but the odor has since aired out. This dress also comes in a pink color which I ordered as well with the recent Ann Taylor promotion for 60% off select styles including dresses. The sale ends tonight and I meant to share these items on the blog sooner but I got side tracked with work and home life.
