It also comes in black but the petite sizes are sold out. It has a cutout in the back but I can wear a cropped denim jacket that easily covers it. The dress is lined so the skirt portion is not see through. My white sandals (last seen here) are $28 and Kate Spade backpack (review here) is also on extra sale (final sale).
For size reference I’m 5’2.5″ and I finally weigh just under 115 after I cut out foods/condiments with added sugar this week. I had been 108 for years but I haven’t been below 115 in over a year. I put on a few stubborn pounds that I just couldn’t shed since the pandemic. I’m also trying to get my husband’s A1C and glucose under control so he doesn’t have to take another medication. His PCP is giving him another 3 months to show some significant improvement in the right direction. My A1c was 4.9% and estimated average glucose was 94 for the labs results for my yearly physical last September but my husband’s recent A1c is 8.1% and his glucose is 143.
I know many of you follow me for my LOFT and Ann Taylor try-ons but I feel like the quality has gone down and they don’t have as many styles that excite me for quite some time. I keep hoping their styles will improve but at least I haven’t been mindlessly obsessed with them like in the past.
Lastly, I love the Conair Unbound for quick and easy waves. You can find my review/tutorial in my ‘Hair & Beauty‘ collection on my LTK shop.
